TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility:
1. The competition is open to all residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and above.
2. Employees and immediate family members of the organizing company are not eligible to participate.
2. Competition Period:
1. The competition begins on August 1st 2023 and will end before August 31st 2024.  All entries must be received before the closing date.
3. Entry Requirements:
1. To enter the competition, participants must subscribe to the Tommy Gun's New Zealand newsletter list. 
4. Prize Details:
1. The prize consists of free haircuts for a period of 12 months, starting from the date of the winner's announcement.
2. The winner will be entitled to a maximum of 12 haircuts within the 12-month validity period.
3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
5. Winner Selection:
1. 1 winner will be selected each month, before the 15th of the month.
2. The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
3. The drawing will take place within seven days of the competition closing date.
4. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form.
6. Claiming the Prize:
1. The winner must respond to the notification within seven days to claim the prize.
2. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe or is found to be ineligible.
7. Exclusions and Limitations:
1. The free haircuts prize is only applicable for standard haircuts and does not cover any additional services or treatments.
2. Any unused haircuts within the 12-month period will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
3. The winner is responsible for any transportation or other expenses incurred while availing the prize.
8. Publicity Release:
1. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the competition, including but not limited to interviews, photographs, and social media promotions.
9. Personal Data:
1.  By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and announcing the winner.
10. Changes and Termination:
1. The organizing company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without liability.
11.  Legal Compliance
1. This competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in New Zealand.

By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions in full. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification.
